Chief Growth Officer

Annamaria (Anna) Vitelli serves as Chief Growth Officer of Beacon Trust, the wealth management subsidiary of Provident Bank, leading the firm’s mission to deliver a best-in-class wealth experience. In this role, she is responsible for leading Provident’s enterprise growth strategy, deepening integration with Beacon Trust, and expanding the firm’s private banking and wealth management capabilities for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.

Throughout her extensive tenure in wealth management, Anna has established herself as a transformational leader known for vision, driving transformation, growth, and client excellence. Before joining Beacon, she served as Executive Vice President and Head of Hawthorn, a premier multi-family office dedicated to serving ultra-high-net-worth families within PNC Private Bank.  During her leadership, she redefined the business model for sustained growth, strengthened client relationships, and advanced initiatives elevating the client experience through an integrated service model that combined investment management, trust and estate services, and family dynamics.

Her background as both an attorney and advisor provides a holistic perspective on helping clients preserve, grow, and transfer wealth across generations. Anna began her career practicing law in trust and estate planning before moving into senior leadership roles at PNC Private Bank, Vanguard, Arthur Andersen and a Philadelphia-based family office, where she helped establish their wealth sustainability platform.

Anna holds both her J.D. and LL.M. in Taxation from Temple University School of Law and her undergraduate degree in Accounting from Loyola University Maryland. She is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and remains passionate about mentoring emerging leaders in the wealth management profession.
