Mr. Lyons has been Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since January 2011. Prior to that time he was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Provident and The Provident Bank since September 2009, and previously was First Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of The Provident Bank since February 2005 and First Vice President, Finance of The Provident Bank since July 2004.
