Trade Clearance and Safekeeping of Securities At all times, investment decisions are under client control. No payments are made or securities delivered without specific instructions.

Collection of Dividends and Interest Dividends and interest are collected and credited to clients’ accounts on payment date.

Notification of Possible Capital Reorganizations Clients are advised in a timely manner of all corporate developments that may require action, including rights offerings, stock tender offers, calls on bonds or preferred stocks, stock splits, or corporate reorganizations.

Monthly Statements and Portfolio Reviews Shortly after the end of each month, each client receives a statement listing all income received or disbursed and all securities received or delivered, whether free or against payment. Clients also receive a portfolio review, showing tax cost and market value.
