Information Collected By Beacon Trust Company

For instance, we will use your personal information to set up Your account and provide certain of Your Personal Information to our custodian in order to facilitate Your setting up an account with them. In order to use the advanced account features available in the Client Area, Beacon Trust Company requires that all first-time Users register and provide their personal account information. This information is collected through a registration form on the Site. During the registration process You will also provide Beacon Trust Company with a unique username and a password which You will use during Your future sessions when accessing the Client Area.

By providing any personal information to the Site, all Users acknowledge that they fully understand and unambiguously consent to the collection and processing of such information in the United States.

Sharing of User Information

Several different types of Users use the Site: free Users, asset management Clients, and/or trust and estate Clients. Beacon Trust Company may rent free Users’ email addresses to third parties for solicitation purposes. Subscriber and asset management Client’s email addresses will be removed from the rental lists. In the event Your email address is rented to a third party, Your personal information will not be shared with that party.

All Users are requested on a voluntary and/or sweepstake basis to participate in a survey.

Non-personal information

Beacon Trust Company collects non-personal information in order to personalize Your experience on the Site, diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Site. Beacon Trust Company may analyze non-personal usage data and develop reports generated from the server’s log files. Beacon Trust Company may use this information for marketing purposes and to enhance the Site’s features and functionality. The personal information Beacon Trust Company collects is used to protect Your confidential information, to verify your identity, and ensure that only authorized Users have access to restricted data and reports. Personal information is also used to track and verify compliance with the Terms and Conditions applicable to the Site, as well as with federal, state, and local laws. Beacon Trust Company will disclose or share Your personal information with a third party only as described in the most current version of this Privacy Policy, with Your permission to do so, or as required by law or regulation, court or administrative order, arbitral award or a governmental or regulatory authority or entity. Clear Asset Management reserves the right to change the designated custodian/broker-dealer from time to time in its sole discretion.

Information Beacon Trust Company Shares

Beacon Trust Company may rent, but not sell, certain email address information of its free members ONLY to affiliates, marketers, and third-parties for promotion and other purposes. We will not rent any email address of an asset management or trust and estate Client.

How Beacon Trust Company Protects Your Confidential Data

Beacon Trust Company uses commercially reasonable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to maintain the confidentiality of Your information on the Site. The Site uses security measures to safeguard Your valuable data against loss, misuse, and alteration while under our control. Our Site and servers are protected using encryption and other standard industry practices. We review and update web security and security procedures regularly.

All account statements, reports, information, and other data made available for download by Beacon Trust Company reside on a secure server and are encrypted. Although Beacon Trust Company exercises reasonable care to maintain the confidentiality of Your data, no transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure and we cannot guarantee that the personal information You submit to us or any account statements, reports, information or other data will be free from unauthorized third party intrusion or interception.
