Gregory J. Dubnansky, CTFA – Vice President, Director of Sales
Gregory Dubnansky is director of sales for the wealth management group. He has more than 35 years of financial industry experience.

Prior to Beacon Trust, Mr. Dubnansky held senior positions with major banking institutions, including First Morris Bank & Trust, Trust Company of New Jersey, Fleet Bank, Summit Bancorp and Garden State Bank. His core experience lies in administration, tax, marketing, business development and operations.

Mr. Dubnansky is a member of the Estate and Financial Planning Council of Central New Jersey and a past member of the Toms River Kiwanis Club. As a member of the New Jersey Bankers Association, he served on both the Marketing and Business Development and the Administration Committees for the association’s Trust & Financial Management Division.

Mr. Dubnansky received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Bentley University and is a graduate of the Mid-Atlantic School of Trust at Bucknell University. He was designated a certified trust and financial advisor (CTFA) upon graduation from the National Graduate Trust School at Northwestern University.
 
Chip Meyer – Vice President, Wealth Advisor
Chip Meyer is vice president and wealth advisor at Beacon Trust Company, a subsidiary of The Provident Bank. He has worked in the financial industry for more than 27 years.

Mr. Meyer is responsible for business development and works directly with clients in the areas of asset allocation, retirement planning, and trust and estate planning. In addition, he develops and maintains relationships in the corporate and endowment fields.

Prior to joining Beacon Trust, Mr. Meyer was vice president at Jamison, Eaton & Wood, Inc. His primary responsibility was to lead the sales and marketing area for the firm. Prior to Jamison, Mr. Meyer held various sales and marketing positions at Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette, Roger Engemann & Associates and at Sun America Asset Management.

Mr. Meyer received a bachelor’s degree in business management and a minor in finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
 

Chip Wieczorek, CFP - Vice President, Wealth Advisor
Chip Wieczorek is a vice president and wealth advisor, working with high net worth individuals and families to develop both retirement and estate plans. He ensures financial goals are met through comprehensive financial planning and monitoring cash flow projections.

In addition, Mr. Wieczorek works with non-profits, pensions, institutions and endowments to manage cash flow and assist in liability management. He also has experience in the commercial real estate industry. Previously, he was a financial advisor at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. Mr. Wieczorek has been quoted in the media on estate and retirement planning issues, including SmartMoney magazine and Renaissance magazine, the publication of the New Jersey Foundation for Aging.

He received a bachelor’s degree in economics from Rutgers University and is a certified financial planner (CFP).

 

Frank Deluca, CTS™ – Vice President, Wealth Advisor
Frank Deluca is a vice president and wealth advisor with more than 20 years of financial industry experience.

Mr. Deluca works to develop and maintain client relationships in the areas of asset allocation, retirement planning, and trust and estate planning.

Prior to joining Beacon Trust, he was a client manager and wealth management banker at Bank of America Merrill Lynch for six years. He was responsible for a portfolio of 400 households with $100 million in total deposits and investments, as well as $75 million in loans. He assisted clients with cash flow needs, mortgage planning and other credit needs. Earlier, Mr. Deluca was a licensed financial consultant at PNC Bank and an annuity specialist with AllianceBernstein. He also has experience with life insurance products, annuities, tax preparation, mutual funds, residential lending and securities-based lending.

Mr. Deluca received a bachelor’s degree in international business management from Kean University. He holds the certified tax specialist (CTS™) designation through the Institute of Business and Finance. In addition, he holds life and health insurance licenses in New Jersey and acquired his series 7 and 63 certifications with his prior company.
