Leadership: Trust and Estate

Daniel J. Leary III - Chief Operating Officer & Executive Vice President
Mr. Leary joined Beacon Trust over twenty years ago as Assistant Vice President. Today, he heads Beacon’s Family Office group and manages the firm’s Trust & Estate operations. Mr. Leary designs customized, comprehensive service plans to meet each client’s unique needs. He serves on various non-profit youth sports organizations. Mr. Leary attended Pace University.
 
Jill Petroro – Managing Director, Trust & Estate Administration
Ms. Petroro came to Beacon Trust from the law firm of Pitney Hardin, LLP, where she had been a Senior Associate in the Trusts and Estates Department, concentrating on Estate and Tax Planning and Estate and Trust Administration since 1997.

Ms. Petroro graduated cum laude from Columbia University, received her Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center, and is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York. She is a frequent speaker at seminars and has published numerous articles concerning trusts and estates in professional journals.

Ms. Petroro currently serves on the Board of Consultors of the Real Property Trust & Estate Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association.

 
Carolyn L. Larke - Senior Vice President, Trust & Estate Administration
Prior to joining Beacon Trust, Ms. Larke worked at The United States Trust Company of New York, where she was a Client Relationship Officer and charitable trust specialist in the Philanthropic Advisory Services Department. Prior to this position, Ms. Larke was a Trust and Estate Coordinator and a Fiduciary Accountant at several New York law firms.

Ms. Larke is a graduate of New York University. She also has a Paralegal Degree from NYU, where she concentrated in Trust & Estate Planning and Administration. She is a Certified Financial Planner and an Enrolled Agent, licensed to practice before the Internal Revenue Service. She serves on the Advisory Board of the American Heart Association.

 
Toni D. McBride - Vice President, Trust & Estate Administration
Ms. McBride has over twenty years of experience in fiduciary administration, most recently as a tax paralegal in the Tax, Trusts, and Estates Practice Group of Lowenstein Sandler PC, in Roseland, New Jersey.  She specializes in complex trust and estate administration from the date of inception through final distribution, with an emphasis on New York, New Jersey, and Florida entities.  Ms. McBride has also been a private fiduciary accountant for high net worth clients. 

Ms. McBride is a graduate of Seton Hill University and the Institute for Paralegal Training, where she specialized in Trust & Estate Administration.
