Valerie O. Murray, CFP – Executive Managing Director, Client Services
Valerie Murray is executive managing director of client services at Beacon Trust
Company, a subsidiary of The Provident Bank. She has worked in the financial industry
for 15 years.
Ms. Murray is responsible for the overall management of both client services and
operations, handling relationship management and trust operations.
Prior to joining Beacon, Ms. Murray was senior vice president and senior trust officer
at U.S. Trust, Bank of America in New York City. She had fiduciary and administrative
responsibility for more than 70 clients with $600 million in assets under management.
During her 15-year tenure with U.S. Trust, Ms. Murray successfully transitioned
clients through two mergers and acquisitions, Charles Schwab’s acquisition of U.S.
Trust in 2000, Bank of America’s acquisition of U.S. Trust in 2007.
Ms. Murray received a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Bucknell University
and she is a certified financial planner (CFP).

Charles J. Roukema, Vice President, Trust Officer
Charles Roukema is vice president and trust officer at Beacon Trust Company. He
has worked in the financial industry for 40 years, during which he has worked for
Citizens First National Bank of New Jersey, NatWest Bank, Fleet Bank and Bank of
America. Prior to joining Beacon Trust Company, he was vice president and senior
trust officer at U.S. Trust, Bank of America in Glen Rock, N.J. He was responsible
for the daily administration of a $700 million portfolio of investment and fiduciary
accounts.
Mr. Roukema received his bachelor’s degree from Calvin College, Grand Rapids, MI
and his MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He is also a graduate of the Stonier
Graduate School of Banking and is a certified trust and financial advisor (CTFA).
In addition, Mr. Roukema is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Bergen County.

Antonia Pancel-Cipríc, Vice President, Trust Officer
Antonia Pancel-Cipríc is a vice president and trust officer with more than 15 years of financial industry experience. She is responsible for managing relationships with investment management and trust and estate clients.
Before joining Beacon Trust, she spent nine years as vice president and trust officer at Citi Trust, where she administered domestic and international trusts within the private bank and global wealth structuring divisions. Earlier, she was a trust officer in the philanthropic financial services division at Merrill Lynch Trust Company.
With a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree from the University of Notre Dame, Ms. Pancel-Cipríc earned a juris doctor degree from Tulane University Law School. She is also a member of both the New Jersey State Bar Association and the U.S. Supreme Court Bar. In addition, Ms. Pancel-Cipríc is a commissioner and serves as chair of the Education Committee at the Barron Art Center in Woodbridge.

Jessica M. Corazza, Trust Officer
Jessica Corazza is a trust officer working with the client services team to manage relationships and administer trusts for Beacon’s trust and estate clients.
Before joining Beacon Trust, Ms. Corazza spent 12 years at UBS Financial Services, where she was hired as part of an intense training program after graduation. After training, Ms. Corazza joined the Municipal Securities Group as a research analyst and later moved to institutional equity sales. She has diverse experience at a global firm and utilizes her knowledge and expertise to deliver broad-based, customized solutions and services for clients.
Ms. Corazza graduated cum laude from Bucknell University with a bachelor’s degree in economics.
