Prior to joining Beacon Trust Company, Mr. Tokar served as the Chief Executive Officer of Allied Capital Management, LLC and as Vice President-Investments (Corporate Officer) of Honeywell International, Inc. where he was employed since 1977.

Ed serves as a Director, Trustee or Advisory Board member for a number of leading U.S. and international investment organizations. Throughout his career at Honeywell and it's predecessor company, Allied Signal, Inc., where he was responsible for over $18 billion of employee benefit fund assets worldwide, he was a nationally recognized corporate pension fund investment officer.

Ed received a BS degree with High Honors from the University of Maryland and a MBA from the College of William & Mary, where he continues to serve as Trustee Emeritus. He is also a certified public accountant.
