Prior to joining Beacon Trust Company, Mr. Leary was an Assistant Vice President for IBJ Schroder Bank & Trust Company, where his duties included trust and estate administration, pension and profit sharing administration, and preparation of accountings and tax returns. Prior to these responsibilities, he served as manager of trust operations.

He is a graduate of Pace University.
