- Mr. Cashin's investment career began at General
Motors in 1970, where he ran their liquidity portfolio. Later, he was
responsible for the daily management of Citibank's taxable domestic
investment portfolio, which included Treasury, agency and
mortgage-backed securities, as well as financial futures. He then
moved to institutional fixed-income sales assignments at Citibank,
Sanwa Securities and Barclays Capital.
- He graduated from Villanova University, and
received his MBA from the Wharton School of the University of
Pennsylvania. Bill is a Certified Public Accountant,
Chartered Financial Analyst, and a Chartered Market Technician.
